Acceptable inquiry hours are during 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:15 on week days by phone, but on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday, the inquiry by phone is not acceptable.

The inquiry by the mail form is always accepted, but the response of it is to be after the weekend (or holiday). Please note it beforehand.
